Delta State Sports Commission congratulates Gov. Oborevwori on 3rd anniversary in office
As the red carpet is rolled out for the third year anniversary in office of Delta State Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the Chairman and entire management of the Delta State Sports Commission have heartily congratulated the Governor of the Big Heart $tate for providing purposeful leadership and comprehensive development to the people of the State
A statement issued by the Delta State Sports Commission said, “over the past three years, Your Excellency has demonstrated visionary leadership, purposeful governance, and unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Delta State through the successful implementation of the MORE Agenda”.
Continuing, the statement signed by the chairman of the Sports Commission, Onos Oborevwori said, “the Delta State Sports Commission is particularly proud of the remarkable reforms and massive investments your administration has made in the sports sector.
“Under your leadership, sports development in Delta State has witnessed tremendous transformation through improved funding, enhanced welfare for athletes and coaches, infrastructural development, grassroots talent discovery, and sustained support for Team Delta in national and international competitions.
“Your administration’s commitment to youth empowerment through sports has continued to strengthen Delta State’s position as Nigeria’s undisputed sporting powerhouse, while also creating opportunities for young talents to excel and achieve their dreams”,
Speaking further, Onos Oborevwori said,
“the Commission acknowledges your passion for excellence, inclusiveness, and human capital development, which have continued to inspire confidence among athletes, sports administrators, and stakeholders across the state.
Indeed, your support and investment in sports have not only sustained Delta State’s dominance in national sporting events but have also contributed immensely to peace, unity, and socio-economic development within the state.
“As you celebrate this milestone, the Delta State Sports Commission commends your sterling leadership and assures you of its continued loyalty, support, and commitment towards the realization of your administration’s vision for a stronger and more prosperous Delta State.
“We pray that Almighty God will continue to grant Your Excellency wisdom, strength, sound health, and divine guidance as you continue to pilot the affairs of Delta State to greater heights””, added Onoriode Oborevwori.
