
Thieves have broken into the home of Portugal’s national team coach, Roberto Martínez,making off with €100,000 worth of jewelry and watches, according to reports from Portuguese media.
CNN Portugal reported that the invaders are thought to have entered the residence, located in the Cascais area on the outskirts of Lisbon, through the kitchen.
Meanwhile, SIC Notícias noted that the burglars broke a window to gain access to the property.
Roberto Martínez,has been Portugal’s head coach since January 2023 and is currently preparing the national team for its upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifying matches against Ireland and Hungary, scheduled for October 11 and 14.
