Our Story
The Shilenge Mansions concept was founded in 2018 by Thembi Shilenge, a visionary entrepreneur, real estate investor, and cryptocurrency expert. Thembi’s journey began with her first property—an RDP house purchased for just $4,000. She boldly demolished it to build multiple modern rental units on the same land, marking the birth of the Shilenge Mansions vision.
From these humble beginnings, Thembi has expanded her property portfolio significantly, developing multiple accommodation projects across Winterveld, Soshanguve, Mabopane, and Rosslyn. Her mission is to elevate township living standards by providing residents with safe, comfortable, and beautifully designed spaces that rival urban apartments.
