Sammy, the brother of Nollywood actress, Reginal Daniels, has been granted N5 million bail.
Sammy was granted bail on Monday after days in detention.
He was remanded in Keffi Prison by a Dutse Magistrate Court last Thursday and was later transferred to Suleja Prison.
Celebrating Sammy’s release on his Instagram story, his elder brother, @Sweezzy1, wrote: “Sammy, you are a great man. Bail has been granted! Nigerians, thank you.”
He was arrested in Lagos a week ago by Senator Ned Nwoko, over his alleged involvement in the ongoing family crisis with his sister, Regina.
After accusing Nwoko, the senator representing Delta North, of domestic violence on social media. He threatened to assault the politician in case of any confrontation.
However, Nwoko pushed back over the domestic violence allegation, but rather accusing his estranged wife of drug overdose and has insisted that she attended a rehab for the sake of their two children.
