‘I’m happy my surname opened doors for Ireti, she hasn’t disgraced it’ – Patrick Doyle

Veteran Nollywood actor, Patrick Doyle, has expressed delight over how his surname has opened doors to his ex-wife, Ireti.

Doyle made the comment while discussing relationship with his ex-wife.

The actress announced divorce from the actor in January 2023, over an undisclosed reason.

Speaking in his latest interview on ‘Wake Up Nigeria’, Patrick stated that he would rather be silent than to say something unpleasant about her.

Responding to a question about how Ireti has been doing in the industry, Patrick said “I’m happy for her that the Doyle name has opened doors for her. And so far hasn’t disgraced the Doyle name.

“She’s doing pretty well, and I am proud of her achievements in the industry”.
