Abia State’s Human Capital Drive: Dr. Eno Jerry Eze leads the charge

Abia’s inaugural Human Capital Development Workshop marked a turning point in the state’s reform agenda, with Dr. Eno Jerry Eze playing a central role in shaping its direction.

In her address, Dr. Eno Eze described HCD as the foundation of a productive and innovative society, stressing that collaborative efforts across education, health, entrepreneurship, and governance are essential.

She highlighted progress already made, including the approval of a comprehensive HCD 1.0 Work Plan and the establishment of structures to ensure the initiative reaches every household and community.

Dr. Eno Eze’s call to action was clear: “By collaborating across sectors, aligning strategies, and fostering innovation, we can build a more inclusive and resilient Abia.”

Her vision for HCD goes beyond policy it represents a new culture of governance that prioritizes people, productivity, and progress.
