Abia’s inaugural Human Capital Development Workshop marked a turning point in the state’s reform agenda, with Dr. Eno Jerry Eze playing a central role in shaping its direction.
In her address, Dr. Eno Eze described HCD as the foundation of a productive and innovative society, stressing that collaborative efforts across education, health, entrepreneurship, and governance are essential.
She highlighted progress already made, including the approval of a comprehensive HCD 1.0 Work Plan and the establishment of structures to ensure the initiative reaches every household and community.
Dr. Eno Eze’s call to action was clear: “By collaborating across sectors, aligning strategies, and fostering innovation, we can build a more inclusive and resilient Abia.”
Her vision for HCD goes beyond policy it represents a new culture of governance that prioritizes people, productivity, and progress.
With her drive, passion, commitment and innovation, it is a brainer that Dr. Eno Eze will lead Abis State to greater heights in the area of human capital development and bring the State at par with others in harnessing human capital prowess to attain greater proficiency and efficiency which in turn will impact the overall prosperity of the nation.
