For Super Eagles and Atalanta star, Ademola Lookman,, the road to returning to Atalanta action may still be long and bumpy as he is still training separately from the main squad after his transfer standoff with the Italian.side.
Last week it was reported that he will rejoin the first-team squad after he featured for the Super Eagles in 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and South Africa.
Atalanta coach Ivan Juric went on to say that Lookman will not play in tomorrow’s UEFA Champions League clash against PSG.
He also questioned Lookman’s loyalty after an earlier saying that he will not beg him to play.
